We would like to thank you for the interest in one our puppies.

 

The following are the conditions of adoption.

** You have (3) business days after pick up or delivery to have puppy checked by a veterinarian of your choice.

** To the best of our knowledge, the puppy is free of signs and symptoms of disease.

** Your puppy is guaranteed (1) year from date of birth against congenital defects that may shorten the average life of this puppy.

** Gunny's Schnauzer Squad will not be liable for any veterinary bills or other expenses related to the puppy.

** Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a life-threating genetic defect that is determined to have been present since birth, we will replace the puppy with the next available puppy matching the description (gender, color and maturity size).  Adopted puppy will be returned to us at your expense. You will receive replacement puppy at your shipping/pickup expense.

** Gunny's Schnauzer Squad requires a written diagnosis from your veterinarian (at your expense).

** We also reserve the right to have your puppy examined by our veterinarian for diagnosis confirmation.  If puppy is found to have a congenital defect, it will be replaced with a puppy of equal value, gender, color and maturity size.

** This guarantee is void if the adopter fails to maintain recommended vaccinations and/or regular examinations with a licensed veterinarian.  Adopter will provide proof of this maintenance to Gunny's Schnauzer Squad.

** No warranty or guarantee is made to the show quality, lifespan, size, disposition, or breeding quality of this puppy.

** All puppies are sold on a limited AKC registration. Limited means your puppy will be registered with the American Kennel Club. www.akc.org You will not be able to register a litter from this pet. By signing this guarantee you agree to spay/neuter at the earliest possible opportunity. This will prevent any unintended litters. 

** Full registration MAY be considered.

** If for ANY REASON you are unable to keep this dog, please contact me. I will do my best to help rehome pet or take him/her back into my home. Once rehomed any money I receive will be shared 50/50 with you. Please DO NOT surrender to an animal shelter.

** Print out, sign and date this guarentee and return with your non refundable deposit to reserve the puppy of your choice.

** Litter ready to go after eight weeks of age. (Not a day before, so please don't ask).
** Must be picked up by 10 weeks of age, unless other arrangements made.
